My husband recently found out that he is being transferred to St. Louis with his job. We live in Dallas and were going to need sell our house. We asked our realtor for advice about selling our house and she suggested that we upgrade our garage doors. We had the standard metal doors but in our neighborhood most of the homes hat the higher end wood doors. My husband and I thought it was a great idea and had our doors upgraded. We got a ton of positive feedback from potential buyers.
